Criteria for submitting an XR Experience

The submissions will undergo the following selection criteria:

1. Non-Commercial Demonstration

Submissions must be non-commercial in nature, at least in the form of the demo or application being made available free of charge without any costs. Commercial concepts are allowed, but the available version must remain non-commercial. There is no need to be released under an open licence.

2. Engage with XR4HUMAN Code of Conduct

Indicate a willingness to be contacted about and engage with the forthcoming XR4HUMAN Code of Conduct stakeholder consultation.

3. Self-Assessment Submission

Developers are required to fill out the self-assessment form (focusing on key ethical principles, including language support, accessibility, and data privacy), which is part of the submission form. The completion of this self-assessment will inform the selection process and will not determine the outcome on its own.

4. Decision Process

The assessment will be carried out by the XR4HUMAN Experience Library Curation Committee which currently comprises co-applicants on the XR4HUMAN project. The committee typically meets on a monthly basis and will endeavour to return a decision to you one week after this meeting.
